Is this only for first time moms?

No, our courses are for all women who are pregnant or who have given birth and are ready to learn how to take care of their body. Each pregnancy and birth is new and you are a different woman each time you have a baby – we promise there is always something new to learn.

Recovery & you is for the immediate postpartum period – 0 to 6 weeks.

Healing & you focuses on the larger postpartum period extending beyond the first 40 days and will teach you practices and care routines that you can use for the rest of your life.

Breastfeeding & you is for all breastfeeding women at any point in their journey.

I’m pregnant can I take this course?

Yes! It is great to take this course in pregnancy or to at least purchase it and have a quick look through so that you have an idea of what is inside and you can then go back to it in times of need. Remember once you buy, you have access for life, so there is no rush to get through everything in one day.

I had a c-section, is this course for me?

Yes, we have specific timelines for recovery, gentle movements and c-section scar care and mobility assessments in this course, just for you.

Sounds cool, but I don’t even have time to go pee, how will I possibly get through an online course? 

We hear you. That’s why all instructional videos are under 15 minutes (the yoga classes, and guided meditations are longer), and have chapters added in so you can easily jump ahead, or jump back in to where you left off. We have also made audio tracks of all the lessons that you don’t really have to watch. So you can pop in your airpods and learn as you take care of your baby. Videos that are only video content are marked so you are sure not to miss any information.
