Ana Maria Bowring is a Professional Certified Coach who supports mothers transitioning back to the workplace with clarity, balance, and confidence. Her coaching is fully tailored, meeting each mother exactly where she is — whether she’s redefining her professional identity, finding a new balance between work and motherhood, or rebuilding self-belief.

Upon returning to work, mothers are offered two one-hour long one-on-one coaching sessions via zoom designed to support this critical transition. Through focused guidance, Ana Maria helps prevent burnout while supporting the creation of a fulfilling, sustainable work-life rhythm that sets each mother up for long-term success.

This session takes place before returning to work and focuses on preparing emotionally, mentally, and strategically.

We work on:
- Navigating the identity shift from full-time mother back to professional
- Acknowledging growth that occurred during maternity leave
- Rebuilding professional confidence
- Developing strategies to protect wellbeing and prevent burnout
- Clarifying expectations (self + workplace)
- Re-engaging with role, responsibilities, and leadership presence
- Aligning values with professional contribution

Session 2: After the Return
Sustainable Integration of Motherhood & Professional Excellence
This session happens after she has re-entered the workplace and focuses on integration and performance.

We work on:
- Integrating professional responsibilities with motherhood sustainably
- Establishing clear boundaries around time, energy, and expectations
- Managing guilt, comparison, and internal pressure
- Increasing efficiency, focus, and effectiveness at work
- Communicating needs confidently
- Strengthening self-belief and professional authority
