Maternity Leave is Just the Beginning

Maternity Transition Program

Maternity leave has a start and end date. The transition doesn’t.

Becoming a mother changes far more than a schedule. And returning to work is rarely as simple as picking up where you left off.

Our Maternity Transition Program accompanies women from pregnancy through postpartum and back to work, bringing together expert education, and 1:1 women’s health and return-to-work coaching.

A lot happens between “I’m pregnant” and “I’m back”

Pregnancy, birth and becoming a mother bring physical, emotional and practical changes that don’t fit neatly within the dates of maternity leave.

There are questions about your changing body. Feeding. Sleep. Recovery. Movement. Identity. Confidence. And eventually, how to return to a working life that may not feel quite the same anymore.

Yet the support women receive is often fragmented. A course here. An appointment there. A conversation just before they return.

We wanted to connect the pieces.

Because in-person is irreplaceable

Courses can answer a lot of questions. But pregnancy and postpartum are not one-size fits-all, and sometimes you need to talk to someone who understands your specific body, circumstances or concerns.

That’s why the Maternity Transition Program includes access to our network of women’s health practitioners, in your home, or online, with 1:1 sessions chosen around what you need at that moment.

Physical Health

From physical preparation for birth to safe recovery and a guided return to movement and exercise, delivered through hands-on, one-to-one care tailored to each woman and each stage.

For everyone navigating the transition

PLAY (Parental Leave And You) is a digital platform that gives employees, managers and HR a shared pathway through parental leave, guiding the planning, conversations and key moments from pregnancy through the return to work.

    more care, not more complexity

Add what’s missing, Keep what works

You don’t need to replace your existing benefits or build an entirely new maternity program.

We work with you to complement what’s already in place, choosing the right combination of expert-led courses, 1:1 women’s health and return-to-work coaching for your employees. PLAY can be added when you also want a shared structure for employees, managers and HR.

And You manages onboarding, communication and access directly, keeping administration light for HR.
