For Working Mothers Returning from Maternity Leave
Returning to work after maternity leave is more than a logistical transition – it’s an emotional, mental and identity shift.

This Back-to-Work Coaching Program is a dedicated space for new mothers going back to work to pause, reflect, and prepare for their return to work in a way that feels aligned, confident, and supportive – not rushed or overwhelming. This fully customised coaching experience is designed to help mothers feel ready, on their own terms.

This 1:1 Back-to-Work Coaching Program takes place via Zoom in French or in English.

It includes

  • An in-depth pre-session questionnaire to ensure the conversation is fully tailored to your reality, needs, and concerns
  • A 60-minute 1:1 coaching session with Jenna Rydh
  • A 30-minute 1:1 follow-up session with Jenna to support integration once you’re back

This is not a one-size-fits-all return-to-work conversation. Each session is shaped around what matters most to you.

Depending on what is most needed, the sessions may support:

  • Creating a clear, realistic return-to-work plan
  • Clarifying how you want to come back (pace, boundaries, expectations)
  • Rebuilding confidence after time away
  • Navigating identity shifts and internal pressurePreparing for conversations with managers or teams
  • Letting go of guilt, self-doubt, or “shoulds”
  • Feeling mentally and emotionally supported before stepping back in

The goal is simple and powerful: to help you return to work feeling grounded, supported, and confident - rather than anxious or alone.
