We couldn’t decide where to put all of these basic tips for new parents and women after birth, so we decided to include them in all courses.
You will find guidance from Emi, our personal trainer, and Janie, our physical therapist, about how to maintain good posture, carry items, get down to the ground to play with your baby and adjust your stroller height to minimize back pain.
Emi will also go over the three foundations for movements and return to exercise. You can do all of these just after birth and will need to practice to make sure you incorporate them into your daily activities and workouts.
