Online Courses
You have access to our Postpartum Pack and our Power Pack, meaning our full suite of courses: Yoga & You is for anytime pregnant or postpartum; Breastfeeding & You, Recovery & You and Healing & You are great to skim through before you give birth so you can be mentally & logistically prepared and then you will go back to them more in depth during the postpartum period; Movement & You is for 6 weeks post-vaginal birth or 12-weeks post c-section and Exercise & You is once you have clearance from your OB-GYN to begin exercising again.

One-on-one Sessions
You can schedule 4 sessions of your choice with our wellness team – online sessions with a nutritionist, a sleep coach, or a sophrologist and in person sessions with a postpartum doula, a lactation consultant, or a personal trainer. Sessions can be scheduled during pregnancy or postpartum depending on your needs.
You also have 5 return-to-work coaching sessions which will take place by zoom. Please schedule your first session about 1 week before your start date.
