A 3-hour collection of yoga sessions designed to support you at any point in your motherhood—and even pre-motherhood—journey. All classes are safe for pregnancy, postpartum, and anytime your body or mind needs grounding, strength, or release. Led by yoga instructor Amy Bizal, the course includes targeted flows for pelvic-floor health, diastasis recti recovery, strength and stability, relaxation, mental wellbeing, and glute power, with sessions ranging from 20 to 40 minutes.
